Description |
Wreath of Roses quilt comprised of a 4 x 4 block formation. Each block averages 16.50" x 17.25" and consists of an appliquéd floral wreath pattern made of faded red cotton with white dots and faded printed green cotton onto a plain white cotton ground. The surrounding inner border is 2.50" wide and made of the same faded printed green cotton with diamond cross-hatching. The outer borders vary in size, with the right and left side averaging 2.75" wide, while the top and bottom average 9.25" wide. There is a 6.25" wide foldover binding from front to back. The entire quilt has diagonal quilt stitching and is all handstitched with white thread and a SPI of 8-10. The back is made of plain white cotton. |
