Description |
A child's underskirt made out of white cotton. At the waistband there are five buttonholes with gathering at the seam. Along the middle of the underksirt there is a grouping of tucks, with one wide tuck located above three thinner pintucks. Below the tucks is an ornate soutache application. Attached to the hem is a white cotton crochet trim. The skirt is machine constructed with hand finishing details. |
