Description |
A ladies blouse made out of cream silk chiffon. The shirt has a high stand up collar comprised of three horizontal tucks. The collar is edged with bobbin lace and has celluloid stays attached. In the front of the shirt there are four wide tucks running the length of the shirt, while there are three shorter tucks fanning out at the shoulders. The gigot sleeves are set into the arm syce and taper at the wrist with four wide tucks at the cuff and a hook and eye closure. The shirt has a hook and eye back closure. There are cotton twill ties at the lower back. The shirt is machine constructed with hand finishing details. |
