Description |
A ladies cap made out of net tulle with embroidered floral motifs. There is an insertion of lace on the sides at the top of the cap. There is a ruffled tulle application along the brim and the base of the cap. There are two 14.00" long cream silk satin ribbon ties attached to the inside of the ruffled brim. |
