Description |
A ladies handstitched chemise made out of black silk. The chemise has a squares neckline with black silk satin trimming along the edge and a drawstring inserted into the seam. There is a center front button closure comprised of five buttons. There are 3.250" long cap sleeves attached to the neck and body. There are gussets on the side and a flounced peplum bottom. This chemise has probably been repurposed from an underskirt as there is evidence of pintucks that have been unstitched. |
