Description |
A child's cap made out of white cotton batiste with small embroidered motifs. There are three layers to the brim, the bottom layers are two applications of bobbin lace, but the over layer, the main brim, is made out of the embroidered cotton with a buttonhole stitched scalloped edge, which has been smocked at its attachment. A synthetic cream silk ribbon drawstring has been inserted into the base of the crown. The cap is machine constructed with hand finishing details |
