Description A ladies petticoat comprised of white cotton. The petticoat has a waistband and yoke made out of white cotton. There is a single button closure at the back. At about the mid point there is an attached panel of white cotton with hand quilted chain designs. Attached to the hem of the quilted section is a 1.00" long white cotton crocheted trim. The construction of the petticoat is done by machine, but the attachment of the second panel and quilting is all done by hand.
