Description A ladies cape made out of black wool. The cape has a wide collar, similar to a hood with squared lapels in the front that drop to a point in the back. Attached to the point is a black silk cord frog and tassel. At the front points of the collar there are two Bakelite decorative buttons; black with a white sun design etched with a pewter metal clasp at the bottom. There are side slits on the cape for the arms. The cape is lined in a brown damask woven striped cotton sateen and is machine constructed with hand finishing details.
