Description A child's dress made out of a cream and black windowpane checked cotton. The dress has a wide rounded neckline and a self-fabric inset waistband. At the upper half of the back there is princess seaming and a four button closure (missing three buttons), plus the addition of two larger buttons on the waist. The shoulders are dropped and the long straight sleeves are set into the arm syce. There is a pocket on the proper right side of the skirt. The hem of the skirt is lined in plain cream cotton. The dress is machine constructed with hand finishing details.
