Description A ladies ornate cape. The cape is structured out of a black silk faille with long tippets in the front and back. The cape has a high stand up collar and attached to the collar is an appliqué of black beading which extends down the front center, flanking the hook and eye front closure. The same appliqué is used along the hem of the cape, plus there is an attached 3.00" long fringe made of black beads. At the back of the shoulders there is a draped appliqué of the beading, similar to epaulets. The cape is lined in brown silk and is machine constructed with hand finishing details.
